Guest Ranks (NR)

Hotel Guest

  1. Join the group Nova Hotels X on Roblox

Noted Guest

  1. Be designed as a representative from one of our affiliates
  2. Resign from your position as an Executive Assistant or higher.

Influencer

  1. Be a known influencer

Low Ranks (LR)

Trainee

  1. Pass the Trainee application at the Nova Application Centre as a Hotel Guest
  2. Pass the Trainee interview at the Nova Interview Centre as a Hotel Guest

Junior Team Member

  1. Pass a training session at the Nova Training Centre as a Trainee
  2. Obtain 100 points on Nova Island

Team Member

  1. Pass a training session at the Nova Training Centre as a Junior Team Member
  2. Obtain 350 points on Nova Island

Senior Team Member

  1. Pass a training session at the Nova Training Centre as a Team Member

Medium Ranks (MR)

Head of Services

  1. Pass the Medium Rank application and follow up initiation and training as a Senior Team Member
  2. Obtain 1,800 points on Nova Island
  3. Promotion by the Staffing Department
  4. Promotion by the Nova Leadership Team

Supervision Team

  1. Obtain 3,250 points on Nova Island
  2. Promotion by the Staffing Department
  3. Promotion by the Nova Leadership Team

Service Manager

  1. Obtain 5,500 points on Nova Island
  2. Promotion by the Staffing Department
  3. Promotion by the Nova Leadership Team

Shift Leader

  1. Obtain 9,500 points on Nova Island
  2. Promotion by the Staffing Department
  3. Promotion by the Nova Leadership Team

High Ranks (HR)

Assistant Manager

  1. Obtain 25,000 points on Nova Island
  2. Promotion by the Staffing Department
  3. Promotion by the Nova Leadership Team
General Manager
  1. Obtain 75,000 points on Nova Island
  2. Promotion by the Staffing Department
  3. Promotion by the Nova Leadership Team

Senior High Ranks (SHR)

Executive Assistant

  1. Promotion by the Nova Leadership Team

Executive Team

  • Promotion by the Nova Leadership Team

Board of Administration

  • Promotion by the Nova Leadership Team

Community Manager

  • This position is not obtainable through promotions

Contractor

  • This position is not obtainable through promotions
