Appeal Process

If you have been permanently banned from one of our games and wish to appeal your ban, we are here to help. The Appeals Department manages the appeal process and reviews each appeal carefully before making a decision.

If you believe that your permanent ban is unjustified, please do the following:

Step 1

Open a ticket by clicking here.

Step 2

Provide some basic information about you and your ban, following the format listed below.
Use the following format and provide all necessary information in your ticket:

[Your in-game username]
[The game you were banned from]
[The reason for your ban]
[Why you believe your ban is invalid]

Step 3

Once you have submitted your appeal, our team will review it within 1 - 3 business days. Please note that we cannot guarantee this standard, as all appeals are carefully examined to the highest standard before a decision is made.

If you do not receive an update on your appeal after 5 business days, please feel free to contact @Jaminio Systems for assistance and an update on your appeal status.

We would like to remind you of the following:
  1. Any form of abuse or trolling of the system will result in a ban from future encounters on the service.
  2. We do not accept appeals for terminations, as these are dealt with by the Staffing Department.
  3. Complaining or causing drama regarding the result of your appeal will result in appropriate action being taken.
